New CRM from CDC

CDC Software Corporation announced the availability of CDC Pivotal Social CRM 6.0, the latest version of its customer relationship management (CRM) application. CDC Pivotal Social CRM is designed to help companies identify leads, gather sales intelligence, and improve customer service through social media. The new module gathers information from many popular social networking sites, including Facebook, Google BlogSearch, InsideView, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Unlike competitors, CDC Pivotal Social CRM 6.0 allows users to view the data in one place and without leaving the application.
