NICE Adds Real-Time Analytics to Platform

NICE Systems Ltd., a provider of strategic insight and customer analysis solutions, brought real-time data analytics to its NICE SmartCenter suite of business solutions. The new feature will allow companies to examine key business processes, interactions, transactions, and customer data in real-time, helping improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency. The company also recently added cross-channel analytics to the platform.

NICE's package of business solutions helps businesses improve the customer experience by offering contact agents a holistic view of a customer's prior interactions, in addition to providing suggestions about the appropriate steps to take to resolve issues. The system can also make suggestions regarding sales effectiveness and analyze agents' compliance with disclosure and liability requirements. NICE has over 24,000 customers in more than 150 countries, and its products are currently in use with 85 of the Fortune 100 companies.
