Mindbridge Software releases 3.0 Beta of IntraSmart

Mindbridge has released the IntraSmart 3.0, latest version of IntraSmart, which they bill as the 'Instant Intranet' solution. New applications include: an Asset Scheduler to schedule conference rooms, automobiles, computers, and the people who need to use them; a Help system tied directly to a users role in the organization; Autologin integration with IIS challenge and response mechanism; and an Administrator who has granularity over all administrative roles assignments. New Features Include: Announcements; Bulletin Boards with different viewing options, editing capabilities, and subscriptions; Employee Directory & Address Book; Calendar with address book integration; and Document Library with a revision history, administrator assignment options, and a new interface. Other features include the Content Manager and a Form Generator which enable: doubling of the fields available for dropping data; additional sample templates provided; JavaScripting support built into the Form creation process; mapping of Form Entries to any number of third party databases via JDBC; greater control over reports; and the ability to assign a custom report to an email notification.
