MindTouch Repurposes Componentized Content Management Systems

MindTouch, Inc. released a "how-to" toolkit to offer businesses a new social publishing endpoint that replaces static HTML and PDF. Instead, MindTouch offers end users a social, collaborative environment through CCMS (Componentized Content Management Systems), complete with behavioral analytrics.

When CCMS users publish products and articles into a MindTouch-powered social help center, content is reportedly automatically organized by tags, metadata, and hierarchy, then indexed by a search tool. The help center is designed to integrate with support ticketing and an in-product help system.

MindTouch offers both on-premise and cloud-hosted software. MindTouch's products, solutions, and add-ons are designed to connect companies with their customers.
