According to several news outlets, Microsoft is ready to part with interactive-ad shop Razorfish. The software company acquired Razorfish when it bought its parent aQuantive in August 2007. Microsoft has brought in Morgan Stanley to manage the sale, with Publicis Groupe reported to be a possible bidder.
