Meridio and Microsoft Pilot Collaborative Support Solution

Meridio, a provider of enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software engineered for Microsoft .NET platforms, has announced a new program "Collaborative Support Solution," a partnership between Meridio and Microsoft as a single point of contact for application support in eDRM solutions. Collaborative Support is a Microsoft support option designed to provide customers with a single point of contact for any issue related to the Meridio solution. With Collaborative Support, the Technical Account Managers (TAM's) from the Microsoft Services Premier Support program provide a customer interface for both Meridio and Microsoft technologies. When problem escalation is necessary, the Microsoft TAM maintains the customer relationship until the issue is resolved.
