LiveNote Acquires RealLegal Litigation Division

LiveNote, Inc., maker of the LiveNote SR and LiveNote Web transcript management software products, has announced that it has acquired the litigation technology division of RealLegal, LLC, creator of the E-Transcript format. The combined products of LiveNote and RealLegal's litigation technology division are utilized from the first spoken words of a deposition, through the creation and delivery of a certified transcript with digital exhibits and video, through a range of uses from the war room to the courtroom. Operations, research, and development for the RealLegal division of LiveNote, Inc. will remain in Denver, Colorado and will continue to market under the brand RealLegal. LiveNote will continue to be managed from its U.S. headquarters in San Francisco, with development based in Melbourne, Australia.
