Lijit Offers Publishers Real-Time Bidding Platform

Lijit Networks, Inc., a provider of advertising and analytics services and engagement tools, announced a real-time bidding (RTB) platform designed to equalize long-tail online publishers and larger commercial publishers. The RTB platform will allow publishers to connect directly to every major advertising agency, trading desk, DSP, ad exchange, and ad network in the industry, to secure better fill rates from premium brands.

Lijit will leverage the audience engagement data it collects—which also enables periodic studies on the most popular tools and widgets in use across the web—during the bidding process to facilitate a more direct and profitable connection between advertisers, consumers, and publishers. Turn, a provider of data and media management solutions, is one of the key partners in the launch of Lijit's RTB platform.
