LexisNexis U.S. has entered into alliance relationships with Corpedia and Compliance 360 to introduce a Total Compliance Solution to help general counsel and chief compliance officers protect their companies from the risks of violating changing laws and regulations.
The Total Compliance Solution comprises Corpedia elearning and risk assessment tools, Compliance 360 compliance management tools, and compliance information from LexisNexis, a provider of information and services solutions. Corpedia provides corporate counsel with an approach for deploying Code of Conduct, compliance elearning, and risk assessment solutions to drive enterprise-wide compliance. Corpedia offers complete Code of Conduct services, from writing or updating the Code to creating and administering in-person and online workforce training. Further, Corpedia's ethics and compliance elearning programs span topics from antitrust to product liability to workplace harassment--all organized by functional level, activity, and industry. Corpedia also offers the risk assessment software and service (ECERA) to help meet the Federal Sentencing Guidelines requirement that organizations conduct periodic risk assessments and measure the effectiveness of their compliance and ethics initiatives.
