LexisNexis Links to CourtLink; UPI and LexisNexis Expand Relationship

LexisNexis U.S., a provider of legal, news and business information services, has announced that the company's online research service, LexisNexis at www.lexis.com, now links to LexisNexis CourtLink, the online court record service and that UPI has renewed its relationship with LexisNexis. The new release of lexis.com provides links from multiple source material selection locations to CourtLink Strategic Profiles, document retrieval, and tracking services. This new connection is designed to enables lexis.com subscribers to access the transaction-based CourtLink services with a one-time password authentication.

United Press International and LexisNexis U.S. have announced the renewal of a long-standing relationship in a multi-year contract that expands the quantity of content that UPI will deliver. This summer, LexisNexis news content subscribers will have access to more global coverage of Middle Eastern and South American news events via the lexis.com and the nexis.com services. LexisNexis will receive from UPI the English language content from Arabia 2000, which includes regional perspectives from the Iranian News Agency, Saudi Press Agency, and Yemen News Agency. Spanish language content additions will include the UPI-LatAm News Service and the UPI-Chile News

Service. UPI-LatAm covers stories surrounding international news, business and economics, politics, human rights, justice, armed forces issues, culture and education, and sports. The UPI-Chile News Service covers the domestic affairs of Chile, where UPI has had a bureau for more than 40 years.
