Independent provider of enterprise content management software Hyland Software and secure archiving company KOM Networks have announced an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement that will allow Hyland to sell, deploy, and service KOM's KOMworx and KOMpliance software. The two companies have announced that they will work closely to seamlessly integrate the OnBase suite with KOMpliance, seeking to provide a secure and high performance archive repository that meets varying compliance regulations and requirements.
