Forms Customer Advisory Council

BEST PRACTICES SERIES, a provider of on-demand collaboration services, has formed a Customer Advisory Council to support product development initiatives. The new council, comprising more than 80 customers who volunteered to be part of the program, is intended to provide a new interactive forum for to meet the business demands of its customer base. The Customer Advisory Council is a new venue for to interact directly with customers in order to expand and enhance its collaboration suite. Currently, council members are participating in testing several product features including a new user interface and database enhancements.
