Intranets.com, a provider of on-demand collaboration services, has announced the launch of a new user interface that includes a new look and feel, improved layout, and several advanced customization options.

The new features are designed to give the company's users more control over their information and more freedom to personalize the look and navigation of the Intranets.com collaboration suite. The new user interface now includes: Full Menu Control, where users can add, remove, reorder, and organize Menu items to fit a group's specific needs; Collapsible Menu and Home Page Windows, which is designed to allow users make better use of screen real estate. Users can collapse the Menu when more workspace is needed and can expand it when the full menu is needed again; Unlimited "Quick Links," which is designed to allow users to add as many Quick Link tabs to the top of the Intranets.com service as needed--including creating custom URLs; Custom Shortcuts, designed to allow users to add custom shortcuts to link to anywhere within or outside of the Intranets.com service; and New Color Scheme Choices lets users choose from more than 30 new color schemes to customize the Intranets.com service to match their corporate look and feel.
