Interwoven and SDL Partner for New Solution

Interwoven, Inc., provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for business, and SDL International, a provider of global information management (GIM) solutions, have announced that they have entered into a partnership to deliver a joint solution for global customer experience management.

Powered by a combination of software, process management, and best practices, the solution is designed to enable multinational companies to increase their customers' loyalty and satisfaction in markets around the world. Interwoven has also announced that it is delivering a solution for Customer Experience Management with the support of a partner ecosystem.
