Ingram Digital and ALPSP Introduce e-Book Collection

Ingram Digital, an Ingram content company focused on solutions for digital content management, distribution, and promotion, now offers an e-book collection branded by the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP). The ALPSP is an international trade association comprising journal publishers, book publishers, learned societies and professional bodies, database publishers, university presses, and intergovernmental organizations. The ALPSP eBook Collection (AeBC) consists of over 1,200 titles contributed by specialist society, academic, and university press publishers. The collection covers 11 subject areas including education, law, medicine, political science, and technology. The AeBC is available to libraries and other institutions through the network of MyiLibrary distribution partners, which include Swets, Coutts Information Services, and ProQuest. Publishers participating in the ALPSP eBook Collection will also have access to Ingram Digital’s content solutions including the MyiLibrary platform for individual e-book sales, the CoreSource digital asset management platform, and print-on-demand services from Lightning Source.
