Infotrieve Appoints U.S. Academic Advisory Board

Infotrieve has appointed nine university librarians to its newly created U.S. Academic Advisory Board. According to Infotrieve, the Academic Advisory Board is intended to provide strategic input about trends and issues facing academic librarians, interlibrary document lending librarians, and users of STM information in academic and scholarly research environments. In upcoming months the company plans to create Academic Advisory Boards in others regions around the world. The nine members of Infotrieve's U.S. Academic Advisory Board are: Anne Beaubien (University of Michigan), Linda Bixler (Texas Woman's University), Brenda Dunbar (College Center For Library Automation, FL), Margaret Ellingson (Emory University), Douglas Hasty (Florida International University), Mary Hollerich (Northwestern University School of Law), David Larsen (University of Chicago), Bob Krall (University of Pennsylvania), and Susan E. Parker (California State University).
