Infodata Releases Content Assembly and Publishing Solution

Aug 22, 2003

Infodata Systems Inc., a content management solutions company, has announced its Content Assembly and Publishing Solution for the Government and Intelligence Communities. The solution leverages server-based applications by exposing Infodata's Compose application programming interfaces (APIs) within Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems in an effort to assist agencies in automating their content assembly and publishing lifecycles.

Infodata solutions are built upon a content management services layer that operates from within ECM environments to deliver assembly and publishing solutions for Government customers. Providing server-side access to Compose modules creates a bridge between business processes and content libraries. Now, agencies can stay within the ECM environment to manage the lifecycle of their content in a controlled and secure environment and leverage solutions that link content to critical business processes.

Infodata released an upgrade to its Compose modules so teams of people can simultaneously and in an automated manner assemble and publish composite PDF documents. This solution is designed to enable all users of an ECM system to resolve issues like link management, table of content creation, page numbering, and footer control.
