ISI Emerging Markets Launches Africa Coverage ISI Emerging Markets, a provider of Internet-delivered emerging markets business intelligence, has announced coverage of Africa in its flagship Emerging Market Information Service (EMIS). In October of 2004, ISI acquired the assets of the Business Intelligence division of LiquidAfrica (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. Customers of LiquidAfrica business information services will be given access to ISI's EMIS Africa service. The content in the new EMIS Africa product aggregates local and regional information sources including South African Press Association, McGregor BFA News, Nation Media Kenya, New Vision Uganda, Vanguard Nigeria, Kingdom Stockbrokers Zimbabwe, IJG Namibia, Databank Ghana, etc. As with all ISI Emerging Markets products, this product also includes selected content from publishers such as the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), the Financial Times, as well as ISI's own IntelliNews editorial and sector reporting. The Africa product is structured in the same format as other country products within ISI's Emerging Markets Information Service (EMIS) and is available on a stand-alone subscription-basis.

ISI Emerging Markets delivers information on over 70 emerging markets through its flagship Emerging Markets Information Service (EMIS). Available through fifteen different language interfaces, it aggregates and produces unique content including full-text news articles, financial statements, company information, industry analyses, equity quotes, macroeconomic statistics, and market-specific information. ISI Emerging Markets is a subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor.
