This week, IBM opened a laboratory in Hong Kong devoted to supporting the cloud computing services of its LotusLive suite, the company reported. The Hong Kong laboratory is the company's tenth such lab to be opened, and the first of its kind to be opened in Hong Kong. The lab is part of IBM's China Development Laboratory, and will build on technology developed by Outblaze Limited, a Hong Kong-based email and messaging technology developer that was acquired by IBM earlier this year.
