Hoover's and Salesforce.com Partner to Deliver Business Insight

Hoover's, Inc., a D&B company that provides information about industries, companies, and decision makers, and salesforce.com, a market and technology provider in on-demand business services, have announced the availability of Hoover's business insight on salesforce.com's AppExchange. Salesforce.com customers who are Hoover's subscribers can now deploy Hoover's business insight into their CRM implementation.

Highlights of the Hoover's/salesforce.com implementation include: access to Hoover's database from within Salesforce provides information that can be used for account management and prospecting; users will be able to build and import customized prospecting lists using Hoover's Build A List tool; "stare and compare" functionality will give users complete control over the updates they make to their accounts; sales users can add quality lead and account data into their CRM at the beginning of the sales cycle.
