Hoover’s Launches Sales and Marketing Platform

Business intelligence company Hoover's announced the release of a new sales and marketing platform through its site. Combining market insight with workflow solutions, the new platform helps companies with prospecting and decision making throughout the sales cycle. The Hoover's site now features customizable sales alerts and event triggers that alert team members to developing prospects, downloadable family trees to help understand the chains of subsidiaries and relationships that make up a company, and downloadable financial charts and graphs for the easy construction of presentations.

In addition to new tools, Hoover's has expanded its industry intelligence by offering more in-depth industry profiles and company records that now feature information about commercial risk, facility size, and location. The site has also added direct email functionality through a collaboration with Jigsaw.
