Gale Enhances Account Management Tool

Gale, part of Cengage Learning, announced enhancements to online account management for its library customers. The offering, called "My Account," allows libraries to purchase, renew, manage and track all of its Gale resources in a simple and convenient way.

To encourage librarians to preview the features offered by "My Account," those who register or log in to their account online at gale.com by May 31, 2010, will be entered for a chance to win one of three $500 product credits, and will receive 10 percent off their next order placed online.

Using "My Account," libraries are able to easily manage account contact, billing and shipping information; order print and ebook titles from the Gale catalog; renew subscriptions of electronic resources; view detailed pricing and freight information; and numerous other functions.
