FinancialContent and Russell Investment Group Launch Marketing Initiative

FinancialContent Inc., a provider of financial data and business applications to online media and financial services companies worldwide, and Russell Investment Group, a subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual, have launched a strategic marketing initiative to market and distribute Russell's family of 21 U.S. indexes. FinancialContent will actively promote the distribution of Russell's indexes for integration into Web sites and corporate intranets. FinancialContent will offer market snapshots, watch lists, scrolling tickers and charts that display the Russell 1000, Russell 2000, and Russell 3000 Indexes. FinancialContent will also design private-labeled webpages that provide information about the philosophy, methodology, and research behind Russell's indexes.
