FatWire Software, a web experience management provider, announced new releases of FatWire Engage 7.5 for personalization and FatWire Analytics 2.5 for web content optimization. FatWire Engage is a rules engine for creating customer segments as well as assigning targeted content and promotions to be delivered online to each segment. Visitors to FatWire-powered websites are identified as part of a segment based on either known information about the user, their behavior on the website, or a combination of the two. Marketers can create online campaigns that are targeted for visitors based on membership in multiple overlapping segments.
