Factiva, a Dow Jones and Reuters Company, has announced that select Factiva content is accessible through Yahoo! Search Subscriptions, a beta program launched last month that enables users to search multiple online subscription content sources and the Web simultaneously. Factiva subscribers can retrieve current news and information in categories commonly searched on the Web, including sports, entertainment, health, and science from within their Yahoo! search results. They can also search up to 90 days of the business deep Web archive by clicking through to Factiva from their Yahoo! search results. Yahoo! users who select Factiva when "opting-in" to the search subscription service will be able to view Factiva headlines in any search. Factiva subscribers will be taken to Factiva, where they can click through to view the full article. Non-Factiva customers will be offered an option to purchase the article or other subscription packages.
