H.W. Wilson's Humanities Full Text, the WilsonWeb database with coverage of humanities journals in subjects from area studies to theology, has now been enhanced with greater coverage of specialties and a wider international focus. Fifty-five new journals have been added to the database, strengthening all subject areas, with emphasis on women's studies, religion (especially Asian belief systems), philosophy, history, cultural studies, and literature. New journals also focus on Africa, the Middle East, Australia, Germany, India, and the Pacific Rim. Coverage of the new titles will begin with their January 2004 issues. Some 3,500 additional citations per year are anticipated. Titles were selected with the help of subject specialists on the ALA Reference and User Services Association's Committee on Wilson Indexes. All are scholarly, peer-reviewed journals with SFX-linkable full text. Nearly all received recommendations from Magazines for Libraries, 11th Edition or Library Journal. The new titles will also be added to Wilson's Humanities Abstracts and Humanities Index databases.
