Envox Worldwide Partners With Carousel Industries For Contact Center Solutions

Envox Worldwide, a provider of IP-based voice solutions, has announced a partnership with Carousel Industries, a communication systems integrator and reseller that specializes in the design, implementation, and support of integrated communication solutions. Under the terms of this partnership, Carousel will develop and deploy voice solutions based on the entire Envox Worldwide product portfolio. Together, the two companies will work to ensure that enterprise contact centers can optimize their efficiency.

The Envox Worldwide portfolio includes: the Envox Communications Development Platform, an open, standards-based platform with integrated application development and management components; Envox VoiceXML Studio, a graphical development environment for the creation of VoiceXML-based voice solutions; Envox CT Connect, standards-based CTI software designed to allow application developers and systems integrators to create voice self-service, contact center, and unified communications solutions for IP and TDM networks; Envox CT ADE, a collection of utilities designed to enable developers to create and deploy CT applications; and Envox OnDemand, a speech-enabled contact center voice service for enterprises and service providers.
