Eedo Knowledgeware, a provider of real-time learning software, has announced that it has launched a spin-off venture, Protiam Inc., a fully independent company, to address the elearning needs of the contact center marketplace.

Protiam's software suite, ProtiamONE, is a scalable Web-based system designed to enable organizations to drive productivity through learning content management, knowledge sharing, assessment, rapid authoring, simulation, and performance support.

The suite delivers performance improvement and cost savings. ProtiamONE can be used as a stand-alone learning and knowledge transfer solution or as an integrated platform with core human capital applications and contact center infrastructure technologies (ACD, CTRI, IVR, Performance Management, and Quality Monitoring).
