EOS International has announced the expansion of its Client Care Program (CCP). The newly internationalized CCP program is now equipped with service and support technologies like SupportNet, the Web-based client support site. The original CCP program was established in 2002 by EOS International CEO, Tony Saadat, in an effort to help the company maintain close communications with its client base.
The goals of the program are to help EOS International maintain open communications with clients, to make certain any open service issues are resolved, to educate EOS personnel about client operations and issues, to inform clients about local area user groups, and to make certain EOS is meeting its service guarantee.
