EBSCO has announced its enhancements to the EBSCONET Subscription Management System, a multi-lingual web-based management tool. Users can view publisher packages with a menu item under My Orders, My Publisher Packages is designed to help customers view their publisher packages and any component titles ordered within that package. The title format displays, as well as links to current and previous orders for a title. Publisher’s terms and conditions (order, cancellation and claiming policies) will display if available. Title Details page has been designed to have all available rates displayed for titles returned from a global search in the customer’s currency. The user can change format of a title displayed under Alternative Formats on the Renewal Details page. It is designed so users can enter or change order information on the Modify Renewals page. Previous order and new format information will fill in automatically. Search results can be exported to MS Excel, HTML, comma delimited, tab delimited, and XML. EBSCONET will offer E-Journal Access and Registration Report online. The following reports are also available within EBSCONET: Abstract and Index Report by Title; Combination Membership Report; Library of Congress Classification Report; List of Membership Titles Report; Publisher Packages Report (both All Titles and On Order); Summary of New Titles Report; Titles With Claiming Restrictions; and Summary of Non-US Publications.
