EBSCO Publishing and Footnote released the Footnote History and Genealogy Archives PLUS and Footnote Holocaust Archives. These two archives bring personal histories and historical documents together for users. Footnote History and Genealogy Archives PLUS includes 60 million pages of historical documents and images, some of which had never before been available on the internet. Footnote's partnership with the National Archives has opened to users documents from American military history, census data, historical newspapers, and other sources.

Footnote Holocaust Archives, developed in partnership with the National Archives and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, includes records from concentration camps, Nazi property seizure records, and other administrative and legal documents.
