BEST PRACTICES SERIES

EBSCO Publishing and JSTOR have agreed to load metadata from academic journals on JSTOR to EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). Content on JSTOR covers more than 1,000 academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, as well as monographs and other materials for academic work.

JSTOR joins The British Library, Baker & Taylor, NewsBank, Readex, LexisNexis, Alexander Street Press, Oxford University Press, American Psychological Association, ABC-CLIO, ingentaconnect, the U.S. Government Printing Office, Web of Science, and H.W. Wilson on EDS.

EDS builds on libraries' EBSCOhost platform, providing full discovery of their collections and OPAC. EBSCO Discovery Service creates a customized index of an institution's information resources and a means of accessing all content.
