DocuLex Launches Customer Experience Program

DocuLex, Inc. began a new Customer Experience Program that will provide additional education for DocuLex Dealers and Partners. The program will ramp up the use of educational email, mail, and other communications, as well as increase regular webinars on new or little-known features of the Archive Studio Software Suite. Post-service surveys, prompt follow up to requests for upgrades and annual support, and information on professional services will also be part of the program. The company is hoping to improve relationships between customers and dealers.

The Archive Studio Software Suite is a product that helps businesses access records from multiple locations through a user-friendly interface that is accessed through a web-based browser. The software provides a range of features, from basic content management to enterprise process automation, and can be used to manage document security, workflow, retrieval, collaboration and retention.
