Dialog, a provider of online information services for professional searchers, has added new content to its Dialog and DataStar platforms, enhancing medical and business information resources. Among the new content sources is The Lancet, an independent general medical journal. More than 300 new sources have been added to ABI/INFORM, a source for authoritative business information, and 400 new sources have been added to Periodical Abstracts Plus, a resource providing indexing and abstracting of articles from more than 1,800 general-reference publications. These content additions are part of an initiative of Dialog and ProQuest to make ProQuest’s selection of full-text content more widely available.
