Cxense Completes Maxifier Acquisition

After announcing its intent to acquire the ad optimization provider Maxifier in June, Cxense has announced the successful acquisition completion. Maxifier is now a Cxense company and the Maxifier products ADMAX and ADMAX TRADE are part of the Cxense product portfolio.

Maxifier provides technology to publishers, media companies and digital businesses looking to optimize advertising campaigns. By analyzing campaign performance, the Maxifier technology delivers recommendations to ensure every campaign is delivering to its goal, or even automates the optimization process, to maximize yield and deliver results. The Maxifier customer portfolio includes premium publishers, such as Condé Nast, Forbes, The Atlantic, and Bauer Media, as well as leading classifieds publisher Leboncoin.
