Maestro CMS, a provider of content management as a Web service, has announced that its customer, Crystal Decisions, has launched the Elite Client Care Portal. The new portal is designed to simplify, speed up, and increase the quality of customer support that Crystal Decisions' customers receive. Features of the Maestro CMS platform include templates for contribution, workflows that map to Crystal Decisions' business, email integration, and the import of enterprise content from other IT systems. Maestro CMS is intended to empower Crystal Decisions' Elite Customer Care Agents with the means to create, edit, and deploy real-time, relevant customer support information to the right people, at the right time, within a single portal.
