Credo Reference Adds American Studies Encyclopedia

Nov 04, 2010

Online reference library Credo Reference signed an agreement with Johns Hopkins University Press to integrate their Encyclopedia of American Studies (EAS) into the Credo General Reference service. Johns Hopkins University Press is the latest university press to make reference content available on the Credo Reference platform.

The Encyclopedia of American Studies was first published as a four-volume print edition for scholars and college, graduate, and high school students, and is designed to be accessible yet authoritative and that would cover the range of American history and culture from an interdisciplinary perspective. The encyclopedia offers more than 700 articles and biographies, and supports research and study in a wide range of disciplines related to the history and cultures of the United States, from pre-colonial days to the present.
