CourseForum Technologies has introduced a new "Campus Licensing" option for CourseForum, its elearning collaboration software. The new license is intended to add more options for colleges and universities to provide their instructors with Web-based forums for elearning content creation, sharing, and discussion. It can be used for lecture notes, Q&A, discussion topics, research, student portfolios, group projects, and more. A "single sign in" feature allows the same account to be used everywhere the user has access and upcoming versions are expected to integrate with existing campus user accounts and directory services. CourseForum is hosted on Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP, Mac OS X, Linux or other Unixes. Campus licenses start at $500 for 250 users.
