Corporate-Insiders.com has extended a startup offer of free registration and free unlimited filings for the Simplified EDGAR Filing System for SEC Filing. The offer is for 30 days to corporate insiders, such as officers or directors as well as beneficial owners holding more than 10% of their public company listed on an exchange, such as NYSE, American Stock Exchange, or NASDAQ. Complimentary membership is open to the first 1,000 accounts. EDGAR filers get 30 days of unlimited full access and usage without the usual initial filing fee, which begins at $35 per filing after the trial period. The new Simplified EDGAR Filing System is designed to allow users to edit and submit ownership reports to the SEC's EDGAR system. Ownership reports on form3, form 4 and form 5 (section 16 reports) can be filed immediately on the Web site. Additional filing options, such as form 13D, form 13G, form 8k, or form 144, will be added in the near future. Corporate-Insiders.com intends to license its technology to other filing agents.
