Copernic Sells Mamma.com, Reveals New Product Line

Copernic, Inc. announced that it completed the sale of Mamma.com and its third-party ad network to Empresario, Inc., a privately owned digital media network based in Chicago. The transaction was closed June 30 and allows the company to reflect on its Q2 results, according to Copernic president and CEO Marc Ferland.

Copernic also unveiled myCopernic, a new product line featuring solutions that let users access, control, and personalize their search experiences from one interface. The first service in this product line is on the Go!, which gives users the ability to access their computers' content from anywhere via a remote PC or mobile device. A 1-year subscription to on the Go! costs $9.95.
