Congoo, a free premium information network, has launched Congoo News, a news and information resource on the internet. Congoo News taps over 25,000 free news sources, as well as offering limited access to subscription content from 300 premium outlets through Congoo's patented technology.
In support of its news service, Congoo will offer limited access to premium content from The Wall Street Journal Online. WSJ.com is a paid subscription news site and Congoo News users will be able to view a limited number of Wall Street Journal articles for free, every month using Congoo's Netpass software. In addition to content from WSJ.com, Congoo News will feature premium information from publishers such as Zacks.com, Schaeffer's Research, and The Newspaper Archive. Existing partner publishers include Morningstar, The New Republic, Financial Times, Harvard Health Publications, Encyclopedia Britannica, EContent Magazine, and others.
Congoo users can enroll to receive daily news updates and alerts about their professional and personal interests, which organize information into 388 categories covering specific industries, politics, entertainment, science, sports, technology and others from which users can select for automatic email delivery.
