BEST PRACTICES SERIES

Comcast, a high-speed Internet provider, and Planeta Networks, Inc., a provider of Spanish-language digital media solutions, have teamed together to offer a co-branded Spanish-language site. Available for Comcast.net customers at no extra charge, this site augments the content currently available via Comcast.net. Comcast's http://onda.comcast.net, powered by PlanetaTV, features interactive media such as film trailers, music videos and behind-the-scenes interviews with Hispanic entertainment and sports icons, plus in-country video feeds available either live or on-demand from many of Latin America's news originators. Comcast High-Speed Internet customers can also select from 18 different Hispanic music radio channels, including salsa, merengue, nortena, boleros and more. The multimedia site offers access to 16 premier channels of both live and on-demand, video content from a range of entertainment, sports, and lifestyle categories, plus updated news services from the markets in Spanish-speaking Latin America and Spain.
