Co-operative Financial Signs $23 Million Deal

Apr 15, 2008

Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), a consumer cooperative that offers financial products, has signed a $23 million, six-year contract with Xerox to implement an automated e-mailroom.  The deal involves processing, indexing, and routing inbound insurance and retail banking correspondence – totaling more than 10,000 postal items daily.  Xerox’s automated e-mailroom system intends to enable CFS to standardize its inbound communications, create faster customer response times, and ensure the timely receipt and distribution of business-critical documents. Xerox is helping its customers update their mailrooms by implementing automated business processes built on its DocuShare content management software.
