ClearForest Moves HQ, Expands Management Team

ClearForest, a provider of text-driven business intelligence, has announced that it is moving its corporate headquarters from New York City to Boston, Massachusetts effective August 1, 2004. The move is intended to enable ClearForest to tap the Boston area's high-tech workforce and expand its partnership opportunities. ClearForest has also announced the appointment of Randy Clark as VP, marketing, and Marty Siewert, as VP, sales. Clark will be responsible for all ClearForest marketing functions, including product marketing, corporate communications, industry marketing, and field marketing. Siewert will lead and continue to build ClearForest's enterprise sales force, focusing on developing and implementing ClearForest's sales strategy, identifying new customers, evaluating new market segments, and growing existing business relationships. Clark joins the company from Parametric Technology Corp., where he was senior vice president of marketing. Siewert joins ClearForest from Art Technology Group, Inc., where he served as VP, sales.
