Capgemini has chosen Factiva, a Dow Jones and Reuters company, to deliver information about its clients from industry news and business publications, allowing Capgemini's employees to focus more time on their clients. Capgemini hopes to accelerate its employees' competitive decision cycle by delivering global news and business information to its employees' email using Factiva's filtering and tracking capabilities. Factiva's delivery system also enables Capgemini professionals to take advantage of the expertise of their knowledge managers who define the filtering strategies according to the needs of each group practice. Capgemini also will embed Factiva content into its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling their customer service teams to have a better understanding of their clients' industry trends.
