Brightcove and Financial Times Team Up For Online Video

Brightcove announced that The Financial Times selected Brightcove's technology to power its ad-supported online video initiatives at FT.com. The online video initiative includes the new video section of the FT.com, and includes features such as an "Editor's Choice" selection of top videos, a "Most Popular" section, and the ability to conduct searches on various criteria.

The Financial Times is the most recent newspaper publisher to adopt the Brightcove platform for ad-supported online video initiatives. Other newspapers that make use of the platform include the New York Times, The Guardian, The Times of London, and The China Morning Post.
