Brainshark and G2X Announce Partnership

Brainshark, a provider of on-demand rich-media communications solutions, has announced its integration with G2X, a provider of relationship management software products and services that help insurance companies manage distribution partner and client relationships.

By integrating G2X Agility with on-demand content created using Brainshark, insurance wholesalers and retailers already using G2X are now able to, from within a contact record, select, personalize, and send a rich-media presentation created by their own marketing group. When a client views this rich-media presentation, the right person will receive an Alert which will appear in the Agility dashboard, letting them know that a particular client or partner has viewed the presentation, and how long they spent viewing it. This tracking capability then prompts the wholesaler or agent to follow up with that prospect.
