Posterous, a startup that allows users to blog via email, has purchased Slinkset, which lets users set up Digg-like social news sites. Posterous lets users blog by e-mailing text, photos, or files to a default Posterous account, without needing to register. Slinkset, meanwhile, does require registration, but users can set up a Digg-like site “within seconds.”
