Jun 14, 2012

Apple has announced significant changes to its upcoming iOS6, according to Inquisitr. iPhone users who've come to rely on Google Maps are in for a big change. In its place will be software developed by Apple. This new map system will have voice navigation, real-time traffic and a 3-D map feature. Google Map loyalists will still be able to install the app.

Apple will also drop Google's social networking program, Google+. Instead, Apple has opted to make Facebook the primary social network for the iPad and iPhone. The new software in development for the mobile devices is said to have better integration with Facebook than previous versions. Siri users can also expect improvements to the voice command system.
