American Chemical Society Extends Contract with Cadmus Communications

Cadmus Communications Corporation has announced that the American Chemical Society (ACS) has signed a multi-year contract extension for printing and related services. The ACS, a society publisher of scientific content, has relied on Cadmus for the printing and distribution of its 32 scholarly journals for many years. The American Chemical Society is a nonprofit organization, chartered by the U.S. Congress, with a multidisciplinary membership of more than 159,000 chemists and chemical engineers. It publishes numerous scientific journals and databases, convenes major research conferences and provides educational, science policy and career programs in chemistry. Its main offices are in Washington, D.C., and Columbus, Ohio.

Cadmus Communications Corporation provides integrated graphic communications services to professional publishers, not-for-profit societies, and corporations. Cadmus is a provider of content management and production services to scientific, technical, and medical journal publishers, a publications printer, and a national provider of specialty packaging products and services.
